Meet Jennifer

Certified Dog Trainer and Canine Massage Therapist

Jennifer Bishop received her Dog Training certification through Animal Behavior College and her certification as a Canine Massage Therapist through Equissage. Her mission is to help dogs and their families live their best lives together!

Jennifer always dreamed of working with animals ever since she was a little girl. Her experience working for both shelters and a veterinary clinic has shown her that there is a great need for dog training and massage therapy.

Training is about so much more than teaching a dog commands. It's about communication between species. An important component of dog training is teaching owners how to understand what their dog might be trying to communicate to them in order to solve problems or build relationships.  With proper care and gentle encouragement of appropriate behaviors dogs can continue to be our greatest companions. 

"Through proper training and socialization, I believe that a well trained dog is a happy dog which creates a happy home.  The joy I get in seeing families overcome challenges or make improvements with their dogs is why I love what I do so much!" 

Jennifer especially loves working with new puppies and has a special place in her heart for rescue dogs.
